Outbound Sales Representative – Identification Solutions


About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and inspiring outbound telephone sales representative looking for that next step in their career and to develop and implement sales strategies for both new business retention and market growth that will deliver profitable revenue margins and exceptional client value. As a self-motivated, all-rounder, the successful candidate will be an experienced outbound sales representative who can work both autonomously and as part of a team.


Role Responsibilities:


As an experienced Outbound Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and develop new business retention and market growth with highly-persuasive outbound sales techniques with key decision makers;
  • Represent the entire range of company products and services via strategic sales tactics and ensuring new clients’ needs and expectations are always met;
  • Develop a deep understanding of new clients’ priorities, strategies and stakeholders to ensure we add value across the broader client base for potential future growth;
  • Effective sales tracking and analytics including client relationship management as well as opportunities and proposals in play;
  • Bring discipline, structure and support to the entire team through information management, market insights, knowledge sharing and meeting preparation;
  • Create value-adding opportunities to improve both outbound sales and service delivery, ensuring long-term client relationships are formed; and,
  • Achieving established targets and KPIs once fully trained across all systems and product range.


  • 3-5 years proven experience in an outbound sales environment;
  • Solid track record in outbound sales with proven measurable results;
  • Exceptional account management and relationship building skills;
  • Highly energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate with solid work ethic; and,
  • Attention to detail, flexibility, problem solving, managing multiple priorities, and articulate communication (verbal and written).
