AAC ID Solutions works closely with its courier partners to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and delivery standards.

 

Deliveries to Australian destinations

 

We offer two distinct delivery methods for domestic orders:

  1. Express air freight. Most orders from AAC are sent with an air freight courier in a 3kg or 5kg satchel. This provides a door to door service that is also trackable, with delivery times generally overnight to metro locations, 2 days to outer metro and 3+ days to regional locations.
  2. Road freight. Larger orders from AAC are sent via road freight, which will take longer than air freight, especially to WA and NT. Allow 2 days for delivery to Sydney, 3 days to Melbourne and up to 7 days to Perth.

AAC books it’s daily freight between 1pm and 3pm Monday to Friday, with couriers collecting from our premises around 3.30pm.

 

All customers receive a dispatch notification at approximately 4.30pm QLD time, confirming that their order has been dispatched and providing tracking details.

 

For FREE freight orders (generally small party packs of Tyvek Wristbands), AAc uses a standard Australia Post service which can take 3-7 days for delivery. To upgrade to express freight you will need to call AAC.

 

Deliveries to International destinations

AAC delivers to customers worldwide and will liaise with each customer to determine the best freight method.

 

A note on liability

Whilst we cannot control the outcome of a delivery, we review our delivery partners regularly to ensure that they are performing at the highest level. AAC will not be held liable for delivery mistakes by couriers. AAC also does not pay re-delivery fees; please make sure you are available to receive your package.
